I used to build tonnes of models. Had a pretty sweet Robotech Macross that actually transformed back in the 80s.

Tamiya paints used to be the best, I have no idea if they still exist, but they had the best colors.

Absolutely, they're still the biggest name in the hobby paint game, them and Mr. Hobby.

I haven't built any since I was a kid, but every couple months I go check them out at the hobby shop and consider grabbing one and giving it a go. One day I'll probably pull the trigger.
