I have only been a tourist in Asheville, but you should visit 12 Bones Smokehouse, and the very impressive Sierra Nevada Brewery + Taproom.

Records - Harvest, Static Age, Voltage, Habitat For Humanity Restore (they have a record section curated by Warren Haynes' brother and sister in law)

@kvetcha - Went to Sierra Nevada the last time I was there. It's incredible! Didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted because of a severe storm (I had my dog with me and the inside areas are less pet friendly)

@blissfullychaotic - Yes! Planning on hitting there for sure. We visited the regular taproom last time (prior to the sale in inbev) and liked it. Gimme them funky sours!

@Yer Ol' Uncle D - Dunno how much time we will have for record shopping unfortunately, but will keep those in mind if we pass one. Crossed Biltmore off the list the last time. Man, it's expensive but worth it for one time. Will for SURE be eating 12 Bones since both you and kvetcha recommended.
