Personally I have to limit the ice cream I have in the house because I have no self control and will eat a pint in one day.

I was hanging out with some friends years ago and we picked up pints of ice cream at the grocery store and went back to my friends place to watch a game and I was confused as to what everyone else was going to do with all their leftover ice cream…but they didn’t have any leftover from their pints. That was a wakeup call.

Yes! This is a big reason why I don’t keep ice cream in the house. I have zero self control.

I'd guess around 5 is probably normal for me. But it could be down to 3 if I'm particualrly ravenous and the flavor is really good.

A pint of ice cream is a single serving. Two servings if I've already had too much to eat.
