IIRC Zia doesn't charge state sales tax and fits all four of your qualifications (well, I'd say they pack sort of middle of the road).

I'm in Missouri, some online retailers charge tax but plaid room doesn't for me

Aren't all online retailers required to charge sales tax? I know some states don't have it, but if your state does, you pay anyway.
