my u-turn’s belt also makes an annoying motor sound when it’s rotating. idk how to fix it, and i dont want to do any permanent damage so i’ve left it as is, but yea it can get annoying with quiet moments/records

@Santi Chacin contact their customer support. Sounds like you need a new motor.

Be careful not to stretch your belt too much. Shake your belt in a ziplock bag with talc or cornstarch, shake excess. But sounds like there could be a motor noise/speed issue as well as Lee mentioned.

It’s a one time squeak and that’s it not consistent

@JohnnyCashFan the cornstarch helped. No squeak . Just rant a new test and it’s .2% faster at 33.57

33.57 is too fast, not too slow.

@LeeVing before the new belt my TT ran 1.1% too slow.

with the new squeaky belt it ran at 33.57. Sorry for the confusion I’ve been swearing at my uturn for how horrible it is to change the belt

Just ran it again… 32.87 and it squeaks as it starts…. I’m beyond flustered
