Yes you can find it pretty regularly at $40. VMP is just trying to keep you shopping in their store subbed or enticing a sub, veiling it as a convenience. But, if your patient and do a little digging around, as with most albums, you can grab this for around $25

It's also part of their "Hi-Fives" series--I think Rumours was selected by Ivy Sole.

As an online store they are awfully overpriced, pretty and good sounding exclusives + curation is what gets me

Not as far as I know--I think they just sell recommended records. I'm not a VMP expert though.
