Corporate Rock SST Sucks

Had a problem with order- they ghosted me on email literally until I filed a CC dispute then they magically appeared. Kept saying "k return to us". Their website states that any returns without an RA number will be ignored. Refused to give me one. Refused to confirm return address. No return label. I told them i had no trust they were not going to ghost me again- "Great you are keeping the records we will close case"

I recall in the "Our Band Could Be Your Life" book that SST did a bad job distributing for Sonic Youth and other bands, stretched themselves thin by releasing a ridiculous number of albums per year and were completely disorganized. Looks like that's still the case.
