I’ve helped coordinate jerseys for my team in the past and Custom Ink (not local, I know) has been by far the cheapest

I know someone in FL but imagine there will be a more local place that will be cheaper after shipping

go local, and have them use good F&L or Gilden shirts so they hold up. 20 T's should be about $10-12ea in one color printing.

I can vouch for Custom Ink too; competitive pricing and the customer service has been great. I've used them at least three times for golf league items - jackets, t-shirts etc.
