So you are saying that if we got into a conversation no one would be able to follow it and it might go on indefinitely.

I have to be careful because I refer back to things from a few minutes ago that whoever I speaking with has forgotten, leading to confusion... or I mention something that clearly seems connected to me, but when I say it I can see nobody else thinks it connects to anything going on in the conversation.
