I bought tickets months ago but due to Covid BS I can't make the trip out from SF for the show. Ticketmaster won't refund me, and I have no option to sell or transfer them. Tickets were just released to me and I thought that would change but it still won't give me the option.

Hoping someone local can try to use screenshots of the tickets so they don't go to waste (I know certain venues don't allow screenshots but figure it might be worth a shot to someone)

Most importantly, though: FUCK TICKETMASTER! They are absolutely awful.

@avecigrec thanks. I emailed Ticketmaster 5-6 weeks ago and pled my case, asked for them to at least allow me to transfer or sell them if I couldn't get a refund since it's a sold out show. They have zero sympathy.

Like, I get that policy is policy but the world is also burning around us - if there were time and circumstance for sympathy, understanding and exceptions to "the rules," these days would most certainly be that time. ESPECIALLY if you just want to transfer them to somebody else! Everybody still gets paid!! Pure fuckery.

Exactly! I also emailed the Ryman and Black Pumas management- neither wrote me back.

All they want is their $. You paid. They have it. They don't really give a crap about you after that point.
