Needles & Grooves

I just picked it up (for $45) from my local this morning. I am spinning their debut now but will be spinning both the album and live set imminently. I hope it’s great I turned downed purchasing the single signed copy of indie variant they had (for $32) to grab this.

yeah I had that same debate on their bandcamp page today. I went with the fancy wood box one instead. But I also liked the blue variant. I think the 4xLP would have been too much to squeeze into my limited shelf space but I may have picked it up had it not been against many other good options.

Funny, I was choosing between the wood grain collecter's set and the 4 lp box. I really liked the idea of the "teak wood grain effect", and the bronze vinyl looked nice, plus it's limited. All that being said, I ultimately decided that the 4LP was a better buy since it also has the live set, and the videos I've seen of their live shows are incredible.

I decided to purchase the limited edition marbled orange 2xLP.

I listened to the Live discs and the recording is really good it almost sounds like a live radio session as opposed to a live concert. It's straight music and you can barely hear any audience noise like it was a sparsely attended show (which would make sense given covid times we live in) Still a fiery performance though.
