I got one of these last week from PayPal since I've sold a lot on Discogs last year. It wasn't my first time selling more than that limit on Discogs but it was the first time I've gotten one of those forms.

I think the ‘business seller’ threshold used to be like $20,000 in some states and now it’s $600 thanks to some recent pandemic-related policy changes.

@swamp jazz box set I don't mind paying taxes, I just hope it isn't like more than 30% of what I received from those sales

@wokeupnew Same. I want to pay taxes on my profit and I’m not entirely sure how to write-off/report things so that it’s a more accurate reflection of what I actually made.

I use a 3rd party website for my taxes so I’ll probably just upload the form to them and hope for the best lol
