Needles & Grooves

For things like my Bowie box sets, I take everything out and distribute the albums around my collection. But ones with thinner sleeves (often Numero Group stuff) I leave in. These ones tend to be label comps so sit at the end with the other compilations

Incorporated in the collection. Anything else would fuck with my head, there must be order…

Separate shelves

Depends on whether they fit on the shelf. Most, yes, but things like the Beatles boxes or the Radiohead boxes, no.

On the same Kallax but in a separate cube

Same as @CAPacelli, as long as they fit. I have one that's too tall.

If I have non-box set albums by the same artist then in the shelf with them, but as my kalax filled up I moved solo box sets to another room for space. Will probably change that when I upgrade space next.

I keep them on top of one of my Kallax shelves, sandwiched between music themed bookends

I used to combine but now I just have them all at the very end of my collection in a couple of cubes

Keep them separate on top of the Kallax shelves. Partly to save room and partly because some won't fit.
