Are you me? We closed on our first house yesterday too. Congratulations!

@Bohnjaggs im nowhere near as cool as you!! Congrats on the new house!!!

@dansomeone We actually had a ghost in one of our old houses and it wasn’t bad at all. We actually communicated with him on the regular. We also named him Frank which he was cool with.

@feesrevenge Oh, I'm not that cool. Hopefully you have your keys in hand. We can't get ours until the sellers move out and they've asked for two more weeks, but they are essentially paying us rent. And we're still technically in the house we're currently renting until March so it's at least going to be a slow/less stressful move.

@Bohnjaggs We do though it was no easy tasks. Took 3 hours at closing yesterday and we aren’t fully closed due to an error on Capital Ones part with the money wire. A bit of advise…don’t ever use Capital One. They are such garbage. Luckily they had to fix things before handing the house over and they granted us an early move in so we were able to get into the house but it wasn’t easy.
