I've bought from them on ebay and amazon before just not direct from their website. I made a purchase there recently but never got a confirmation email so was curious how they are that route.

A couple times. Never a shipping notice though. Also on pricing screwups they’re most likely to cancel. Little problem with them canceling because they were out of stock on something but not showing it, but stuff that wasn’t cancelled has arrived ok. Average packing.
