Seems like most other third party marketplaces. If it works as intended and they usually do you'll get your tickets at an upcharge, but there's always the risk the seller doesn't have the tickets / found a better sale / etc. I'm never comfortable with them but they often go fine.

Dammit, it was my bad. I just recreated my search and realized I went right to Ticketsales site not Majestic theater. I clicked too quick and am pretty mad at myself, considering in the FAQ there's no cancellation or refund. In my defense, my boss interrupted me right when I was trying to hurry up and buy them.
