Nothing from me for helping with moving, but congrats on the promotion.

I moved cross country 2 years ago. I bought an Odyssey case for the most valuable records. The rest went in Sleeve City LP boxes (they're stackable). I taped the boxes' lids and sides for extra re-enforcement. All my LP's are in sleeve city outers. Had no issues with the move other than some box sets having some ring wear type rub off.
