@TenderLovingKiller® i love Blonde. I know a lot of people who loved Channel Orange aren’t fans of it since it’s a very different vibe. But I think it’s fantastic. Can’t think of any album that really sounds like it.

@MikeH yeah, I love Channel Orange but the magic that everyone describes Blonde with has eluded me thus far. I don’t think it’s bad but also (IMO) isn’t in the greatest albums of all time conversations either.

@TenderLovingKiller® It reminds me of how I felt about A Love Below by Outkast the first time I heard it. Stylistically it’s all over the place but somehow it just works and is something I hadn’t really heard before. He could have made some super poppy album to capitalize on fame and instead made this beautiful, strange, sort of genreless record. It’s such a rollercoaster for me to listen to.

I'm with TLK on this one. Love Channel Orange. Never quite got the hype on Blonde, though still think it's decent.
