Melatonin?

Yep, @nolalady I take it nightly. Last night I had melatonin, Advil PM and valium. No dice. I need Ambien I fear.

Ugh. My sympathies. Been fighting the same fight since they threw me on to a shitpile of steroids. It’s a bad night that feeds into a bad day, which feeds into a bad night. Hope things even out for you.
