This happens when you purchase a Target exclusive from them.

Target was very good with the one replacement I've had to request from them

I've had such mixed luck with Target - occasionally I'll get an album sent in a proper LP mailer but lately it's been the album tossed in to a giant box with a bunch of bubble pouches. If you go on the app and click "fix an issue" then click damaged upon arrival under "what's wrong" it should give you the option to have a replacement sent out.

(continued) They usually say Keep or donate the old one so you won't even have to deal with returning it.

they are probbaly using temp/service workers for fulfillment

I feel lucky after reading this...my Wal-Mart exclusive came in great shape

@tvham I requested a replacement and it was suuuper easy. Let's hope it comes undamaged in a proper mailer this time.
