Are you looking paid or free? Free is usually junk (limits IPs and usage). Paid there are a bunch of well regarded ones so most opinions are going to be ones people have had success (ie not a problem with) rather than any argument for a clear winner.

I've used Surfshark to great success. Allows me to access diff markets for streaming services, access a work program that needed me to "be" in the US when I was overseas, got a great deal on the price. They kind of posture themselves as being for people who use torrents (I won't comment on that)

I used to use ExpressVPN for work. I have nothing else to compare it to, though. It was easy to use.

I used to have a 3 year subscription to Nord VPN and it worked well enough but I didn't use it as often as I thought I would so when it expired I didn't renew it.

We use Symantec for work. I can't complain, but I have nothing to compare it to.

I use TorGuard which is $20 every 3 months. I’ve been thinking about canceling because I haven’t really been using it for torrenting that often lately.
