Something similar happened to me recently when I was trying to reach my health insurance provider. My first two calls I got automated "offers" for health products. On the third try I reached the insurer's automated system with no such "offers," seemed completely different, still puzzled by it.

I'm getting the same response from them. But the ten days are almost up.

@Hemotep I actually didn't start this until after 10 days, they finally sent me an email asking to confirm address for a shipment, when i did that, they replied telling me i actually need to wait 10 more business days

That sounds further along than me. I reached out a couple weeks and they said to wait a few more days. I reached out again last week and they swore the factory shipped to my address, but almost a month and neither ups nor usps claim to have ever gotten the box. So they said wait ten days and then they'll do something. I'm just over here waiting.

SAME story. UPS says they have handed off, USPS says they don't have it. Dead sends thoughts and prayers. I'm going to get my record and never order from them again

I haven’t reached out a second time yet. But am going to. Very disappointed in this experience so far.

I feel like there’s a joke about folks being way too stoned at work here.
