This has been happening to me as well, my ELAC's were dropped off on my neighbors doorstep, right in front of a huge sign with the address that clearly isn't whats on the box. Very frustrating.

Like I said I thank heavens that my neighbors are nice (neighbors young son brought me my records the other day). For items I can track I guess it's semi ok cuz I watch like a hawk and can tell. But have Conway - Reject 2 coming that has no tracking so wouldn't even know
