You lookin to buy? We bought just over two years ago and apparently did it at the right time here. He just refinanced last month and our home value has increased past what we could have reasonably afforded when we bought it.

I feel your pain! I wish I'd have just bought something when I was looking 3 years ago. Now those same houses have nearly doubled around here when I'm ready to look again.

Super tough out there. I’m in the process of closing on a place. It was NOT easy. Don’t be discouraged. Stay vigilant, be patient, and be ready to jump on the right place when it pops up. Don’t get caught up in the mania, either - people are making silly and insane decisions right now.
