You gotta see him perform live, just incredible. And when we get back a version of normal you should have an opportunity; he and his band tour a lot.

I discovered him years ago after reading an interview with the Stuart of Mogwai who was asked "which artist do people need to see live before they die" and he answered Mdou Moctar. Since then I've seen him a few times, all memorable.

I'm ready to pre order the new album based on the title track along. That song rips!

Yeah, the first single Tala Tannam was one of his chiller tracks, and this is new one is insane, so the album will surely be a nice mix.
