Coldplay are a big act to attract streaming and have a long history and association with the event. That could be the case but it could also be them helping an event that has provided them with plenty of the exposure that made them the size the are.
Personally not a huge Coldplay fan, enjoy the first two albums and the odd single, but the last album was so poor that I’d hope they take a little break to re-evaluate.
