They're pretty good, cheap and very quick, have never paid duty but... packaging is bare bones. So be prepared for shipping dings. I tend to order low value wide release stuff from them mostly. They're basically the same place as Deep Discount.

I have a friend who is pissed at them, lousy customer service when there's a problem.

Cheap discs, not the best customer service. I haven't ever had a problem with them, but I don't order from them often.

Echoing what others have said - same as Deep Discount, ImportCDs, basically all those companies that ship out of Omicron Park or whatever (even FYE does). Can get good sales, good prices, but don't expect CS at levels of, say, Acoustic Sounds or a well-tended RS

What Mather said. Don't order more than 2-3 at one time as the mailer is not super good. The use USPS so it is slooooow right now. I ordered items that shipped Jan 27 and have been sitting in CHI until Feb 10 and is now on its way to Mississauga. I have ordered twice from them and both times took about 2-3 weeks, same with Deep Discounts. But the price is good.
