Oh I’ve bought one of those for my girlfriend a few years ago and had no issues. Although I believe I had a promo code and it wouldn’t let me input it and the customer service never got back to me after I asked about it. But...we got the box

I'm subscribed to their Malabrigo crate and was subscribed to Mrs. Crosby's Travels crate. I had the regular crate for a while and it was really okay. I like the Malabrigo much better--gorgeous yarn. But yes, they have been having a lot of trouble through all of 2020 with getting the yarn to me when they are supposed to.

I have kept the subscription with Knit Crate because the yarn I get from them is really pretty and the double down discount days are wonderful too. They have never shorted me a box, but there have been many boxes that have been delayed.

I read this as “Yawn Me, Please” and thought you were talking about a vinyl subscription service.

@nolalady - I totally understand that so many companies are struggling through this past year, and of course USPS is making things even more difficult. My pet peeve is unanswered emails more than the shipping...it seems to me that's something that even in Covid times can be addressed.
