I picked up the two Bong Load pressings a while back, and have been quite happy with them.

They were about $35 each, but Elliott is easily one of the top 3 musicians that have changed my musical life- my son is named Elliott-, so I went for it.

@LeSamourai I have met so many people with that same connection. He really was a special guy. You hear his fingerprint on so much indie music of the last 20 years.
Alas, unemployment and spending $100 dollars on records in a day is probably not a good idea

As much as I love Elliott's music, I say take the financially responsible route!

I just got the expanded Either/Or from my local as part of a big post Christmas vinyl shopping spree and I enjoyed the album a lot, need to get some more of his stuff in my collection. Couldn't really tell but I've heard the expanded edition isn't the greatest pressing, how do other variants compare?

I'm also feeling very tempted to pull the trigger on that XO pressing

I grabbed the Zia Either/Or Expanded edition and got the self-titled 2LP deluxe from the Target sale for pretty cheap. XO is on my list but have been slowing my purchasing as of late. XO from Bong Load is really tempting though...but $35 + shipping is kinda steep for what I've heard is a mediocre pressing.

Update - just ordered it.
