HHV and VinylDigital in Germany are both taking pre-orders. HHV came through on the first one for me before the holidays (although it was scratched on three sides, but to their credit they refunded me) - so I'll eventually have to replace Black Is but for now the free scratched copy plays through. I have Rise on pre-order at VinDig.

@Turbo yea I’m not doing international. It will be released again.

@Dtknuckles... I hear you. The Mr. Bongo global store actually seems to have copies of Rise if anyone cares though.
