Needles & Grooves

I ordered 15 records from LNT, and they shipped them in 4" thick boxes (at least I think they were 4"...the larger boxes that VMP used to use)...they arrived in excellent shape, and had come all the way from the UK. I'd probably pack them fairly tightly, and put some cardboard pieces in the box to add some shock absorption. And ship UPS or FedEx since USPS is being slow (which means more opportunity for damage)

All that to say, I think shipping more of them in one box would actually be better...if any of them are gonna get damaged, it'll be the ones on the edges, not the ones in the middle of the sandwich

Any idea where to get those 4 inch boxes? That’s exactly the thing I’m looking for.

Plaid Room sent me a few records in a super sweet large whiplash. They padded it to hell with bubble wrap. I was able to send someone around 10-12 records in it with just a single layer of bubble wrap.

@McGlam damn, good question, I expected they'd be super easy to find, but I did a little googling and didn't find any. Makes me wish I'd held onto all of the VMP ones I used to have

I would actual reach out to @Plaid Room / Colemine they just got in a large restock of the kob box set and you might be able to get them to set aside some of the boxes from that as they sell them in store...
