When I worked at a couple different record stores, we would get these guys and also the guys the same age that were very upset that younger people are getting into vinyl, and their conversations were always very amusing
As a bald man in his thirties, who owns some beanies and hats and sometimes options for a beard, I don’t feel one way or another about Billie Eilish. I do, however, like pop but hardly consider it weird if I consider it at all. Is this actually a phenomenon you encounter a lot? That’s weird.

@Lord Diaper Baby yes it's a giant thing. Mostly started for people my age with CRJ "Emotion" (which is a fine album!). But they constantly talk about how they only listen to pop now. Which fine, poptimism won. But it's so played out as an 'identity'
