it says RSD first release so I would assume eventually yes, it will be widely available.

@Bennnnn it all depends on the stores. Plaidroom goes on sale at 730PM EST. Comeback Vinyl is 1PM EST. Different places do it differently with the pandemic goin on. Comeback isn't even opening their store today because they don't want people coming in in person. Both of those shops are awesome. Comeback has around 50 copies and Plaidroom has 100 or so.
