DMA’s are Australian but heavily influenced by brit-pop. Their latest record, The Glow, is great, also their first, Hill’s End. Silver is the best Stone Roses song they never wrote.
I’d recommend either of The Big Moon’s albums, really catchy guitar pop with great songwriting.
Sorry’s 925 is one of my favorite albums of the year, A little more fractured but with great hooks.
