Oof man, that's rough. I messed up my sciatica (spelling?) a few years back and pain was baaaaaad. Luckily it's mostly gone away since I started smoking weed.

Maybe edible weed is the answer as I'm back on my inhaler this year for first time since I'm a kid.....think I'm just getting old lol
