Dude I have tried the cogs. I do ok for a bit and take a break and when it’s not completed or halfway it’s just as problematic. As an IT admin I have had zero free time during the Covids , but maybe in another life I could have had the time to knock it out. In this timeline I will continue to suffer / gmail
Also discogs likes to delete shit, particularly in like a year run off while the nerds are arguing about which entry is “right.” That where I’ve been bit. And preorders.
Thanks for the recommendations , I didn’t know the app could scan.
Also I have trust issues knowing discogs likes to remove stuff. Reminds me of Micro$oft removing features / functionality from sharepoint. “Leave Brittany alone!”
I haven't had an issue with that, but it can happen with entries for very specific pressings (ie people who create new entries for the same record pressed at specific plants).
Been using Discogs for years. I have 1000+ lps, about 400 cds and another 400 7in in it. I think I have had only a handful of deleted entries but I never use a pre-order placeholder/stub entry. I only add an entry to my collection when I have the item in hand.
