This is good to hear! The only time I've ordered vinyl from Target was the 2 for 3 sales. I placed one order last sale and shipping was solid. I got a couple orders this time around and it has been so hit or miss. One was packed acceptably but two others cane in flimsy single-ply shipping boxes. Luckily nothing has arrived damaged...yet. Fingers crossed for the rest.
