Koss Porta Pro? Open, so not a lot of sound isolation but hard to imagine anything better both smaller and cheaper.

I use Aeropex by Aftershokz open ear headphones. I got them for Father's Day and was skeptical as they're bone conducting, but for running, they have been awesome.
