if vinyl is in same condition ill go for a partial refund bout 40% normally on damaged goods.. id do more if vinyl was ruined in anyway.. and if there is a real bad issue on the vinyl id ask for a full refund and make them pay for it to be sent back

If it's dished badly, that's unplayable. I feel like an almost full refund is warranted. It's like if you bought a TV from someone off craigslist and it does not work at all. It's just plastic that you can't use.
Unlikely that it will become dished in transit. It was probably dished before it was shipped. Some sellers will still claim NM if it plays well regardless. I don’t agree but it happens.
Thanks this is all very helpful. I've contacted them and thankfully seem very friendly I will keep you posted. Not quite sure how bad it is until I get it on to the TT
I just got home. Thankfully its nowhere near as bad on the turntable as it looks. Actually sits flat and is barely noticeable. Plays fine too. The dip can only be seen when you hold the sides of the vinyl, almost like as if a weight is in the middle making it dip if that makes sense. A lot happier now. Might tell seller its ok?
