I have the special boxed edition from 20th of morning glory. Yeah I love it but I always preferred their debut from the year before. And yes blur is a great album, my second fav of theirs after modern life is rubbish.

I had a feeling you were going to prefer Oasis’ debut album Joe as you love your debuts! I had a feeling you would also be a fan of Blur as I think I’ve seen you spin them! I am definitely going to listen to Blur’s Blur because ‘Song 2’ is a classic song I love!

They’re second generation Irish, like me. Their mother is from Mayo and their estranged father from Meath. Given the amount of Irish who’ve emigrated down the years the diaspora is a huge part of here. Off that album some might say, cast no shadow and don’t look back in anger were my favs.
