I got something from them in February - shipped from Germany, I believe, if we're talking about the same place. Everything arrived fine. It was pretty standard packaging. Nothing where you're like, "Wow, these guys protect your shit" (e.g. MOFI, MD, Acoustic Sounds); but also nothing where you wonder why they hate you so much (e.g. Urban Outfitters).

Haha thanks yep that's the one. I figured as much. As long as it's not like Rarewaves or INDirect or whatever that basically ship in an envelope.

Packaging is fine. haven't had items damaged. As recently as last week they were not shipping internationally though due to COVID. You could place orders but they would not ship.

Hmmm, I know that some of them aren't shipping to the States but I have yet to come across any that won't ship to Canada.

They might ship to Canada. I just know they weren't shipping to the US because there were not enough planes going from Germany to the US to ship and not get charged an arm and a leg. Might want to message them to see. They were not very clear about it on the site;. I placed an order over a month ago and have had no movement on it and no emails to give me an update.

Okay thanks good to know. I've had other stuff delivered from Germany with no issue this month so I'll keep my eyes on it and whether they send a notice or not.

Otherwise, I have ordered from them fairly often in the past and they carry a lot of good stuff. They used to do a lot of bootlegs but I think they mostly avoid those now. I have found stuff on there that I couldn't find elsewhere and shipping to the US was always pretty affordable. I was able to grab the Cookin Soul - Doom Xmas album that was only pressed on Qrates from them at not too bad of a markup.
