no you're wrong. Just because someone has committed a crime that is not probable cause for someone to be arrested just because they are within 5 blocks of the federal court house. That's not probable cause. If you think that it is then you need to learn more about what probable cause means in the US.

I don’t agree to disagree, your position is indefensible. The arrests are unconstitutional. The Federal government has no jurisdiction in these arrests. They are breaking the law, and it’s terrifying and undemocratic and authoritarian.

I am curious where all the Libertarians are right now because this is criminal. Civil liberties are being violated Portland and Oregon have their own law enforcement. An unmarked secret jack boot army coordinated by unconfirmed political appointees for political purposes is fucked up. If they are successful in Portland this is gonna start happening other place.
