One of my very first forays into the world of fitness was the 100 push-up challenge. I did achieve it but also earned a hell of a case of elbow tendinitis too.
Oh I'm sure I'm well on my way. We're currently four months into the Covid pushup challenge. I stopped and held at 175 daily. My buddies are currently at 500. I would imagine the surgeries to repair the damage they're causing won't be cheap.
