It's my Vietnamese palate. I like sweet/salty/savory/spicy in balance.

Hahahaha! I have a foot in both of this camps to be fair so that’s ok! And chicken tikka masala was, if I remember, invented by a chef in a British Indian Restaurant as a way of adapting his food to better suit the locals palate. So it’s kinda both really lol.
