Took me almost a month... I had sent emails the day before Easter, and I didnt get a full response (all replacements!) until the middle of May

@Nova its been almost a month and a half since they said they were sending a replacement and I’ve got nothing...

currently on the same boat. sent an email two weeks ago, still nothing.

I spammed them everywhere hah. Posted on instagram comments, DMed them on instagram, etc. Talked with someone on instagram who told me that they would reach out to CS on my behalf. 4 days later (granted it was over the weekend) I got a shipping notification from VMP and they sent me a quick email to say they sent a replacement and sorry for delay...good luck!

It's a crapshoot, I've had answers ranging from minutes to weeks.

@feesrevenge i guess for now, wait it out. but i may pester them thru socials or something.

Chiming in again. Got two damaged records yesterday. Emailed them today and got a response that replacements were on the way in 4 hours. It really is a crapshoot.
