I'm approaching 3 weeks with no response to my question about order status. Don't know if it has more to do with the new website, or if they've had to furlough some CS people recently, or who knows what...

It's VMP and their funking system...I've received numerous emails about Swaps being denied...and I think it's an auto response for my actual playback issues...I'm scared to email back in to see whats up, but then you get pushed back in the line

I'm at over a week on my last ticket to get an update on my AP Miles Davis bought entirely using their Monopoly money.
