I keep trying and it's not taking

My wishlist of new releases to buy keeps inflating every day, so I know how you feel.

It took me a few spins, but slowly, slowly it grew. It’s very good.

@Mather after wasting a year trying to understand Father John Misty, I don’t try to get into things anymore. If it doesn’t catch, it doesn’t catch.

I feel this comment so hard. FJM is a mystery to me.

It really took seeing him live. Seeing a couple of twenty somethings singing along to Mr. Tillman like it was a love song written for them made me realize that I didn’t want to understand FJM or his fans.

I was among the many that absolutely fell head over heels for I Love You, Honeybear. But I've never made it more than twenty minutes into Pure Comedy without turning it off.

I Love You Honeybear is actually tolerable unlike the rest of it.

I liked a good percentage of God's Favorite Customer, although "Please Don't Die" basically blows all of the other songs on the album out of the water.

He's talented but my god do I find him insufferable.
