Needles & Grooves

So I ordered a copy of The Beatles Revolver from someone on 'cogs. I had zeroed in on the '84 reissue in stereo because I read from someone here that was good for value for the money. When I received the record yesterday, I took a look at what I received and it was instead the '76 repress.

I'm not particularly mad about the mix up since I think it's still a good quality pressing (correct me if I'm wrong), but should I bring this up with the person I bought this from?

I certainly would. It's a big no no to advertise one thing then ship something else.
