My friend ordered 2 signed J Cole albums one for me one for himself. He only received one and gave it to me. When he asked about the other they said they couldn't fulfil it and partially refunded him not even half of the total. Unbelievable. I feel bad but so grateful he let me have it. I have looked after him with other vinyl in return

Urghhh what a nightmare. I was actually in the same position with the KOD farce as well, but luckily was able to get an email back from them with a full refund. This one with Igor is a nightmare as I cant even seem to get through to anyone. I guess I will just have to keep messaging until I hear back.

Sorry to hear that. I'm not sure what else can be done. I see people suggesting contacting some authority on that Cole KOD twitter page though that may be can help I'm not sure

I just had a look into my original order and luckily I paid through Paypal, so I have just set up a case with their resolution centre. Hopefully, it will force them to get my item to me or fully refund me.

PayPal will take care of ya. Though, I think they have a limit to how long you can wait to file. I wanna say 6 months. regardless it's worth reaching out they might still be able to assist ya.
