not sure if you've seen the price on Summerteeth lately.....it's been OOP for awhile.
agree that just about all wilco albums sound awesome on vinyl.

there isn’t a current version in print. Anything you see available is dead stock, therefore likely to be warped etc. not necessarily looking for a better version just like to minimize issues.

Before they started the most recent series of anniversary reissues their standard pressings would go in and out of print regularly.

yea--i miss those days...i slept on summerteeth since i thought it would just keep getting repressed but its been a minute since i saw any copies at regular MSRP.

I panicked at one point after I saw Sky Blue Sky go out of print for a long while and purchased the rest of their earlier releases, well, The Ghost Is Born and Being There. It was eventually repressed and I ended up grabbing SBS also. I actually just purchased Wilco (The Album) last month as it seemed to be drying up. Hopefully The Whole Love gets a standard repress soon too that one is climbing up on Discogs currently.

From The Whole Love, I’d like an EP with “The Art of Almost” on one side and “One Sunday Morning” on the other.
I honestly get it tbh.
I have YHF and A Ghost is Born. Honestly I LOVE YHF and I picked up a Ghost is Born because it was used, cheap and in good condition. Outside of YHF though nothing truly sticks, I try and it all sounds ungood to me.
I can't even tell you why I love YHF.

I get why people don’t like em. I just happen to like them a lot haha. Haven’t loved their last few albums. They have been fine but nothing exceptional to me.
